About Me

Ian Nelsen is a Partner Attorney and pre-litigation attorney based in Houston, Texas. He brings a strong academic foundation and a disciplined, results-focused approach to his personal injury practice. Ian earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University–Commerce, completed a master’s degree at Baylor University, and graduated third in his class from South Texas College of Law.

Ian is a certified mediator and an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. His training and experience allow him to evaluate claims carefully and advocate effectively for clients throughout the pre-litigation process. Since joining Uvalle Law Firm, Ian has helped clients recover significant settlements in personal injury matters.
