At the Boss - Uvalle Law Firm, PLLC, we’re proud to be led by attorney Michael Uvalle. After graduating from law school, Michael wanted to find a better way to help everyday people whose lives had been turned upside-down by an unexpected injury. He saw his knowledge of the law as an opportunity to help and to stand up for real people in need. Before becoming an attorney, Michael worked at several of the largest insurance companies in Texas, where he learned firsthand their approach to personal injury claims. He found they worked primarily to protect the company at the expense of the injury victim. He decided to use this insider knowledge to help those victims get the justice they are rightfully owed. That desire, coupled with the mission to work hard and do right by people, led to the establishment of the Lawboss - Uvalle Law Firm, PLLC in 2010.

Kelly is the Managing Attorney of Uvalle Law Firm. She is based in Dallas, TX. Kelly obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and began her career as a paralegal. She then graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2013. She has experience practicing Personal Injury, Family Law, and Criminal Law. Kelly is a member of Texas Trial Lawyers Association and Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and is a former student mentor at UNT Dallas College of Law. Kelly’s strong mentorship and leadership experience continues to guide the Uvalle Law Firm in achieving successful case results each and every day.

Jonathan Harris is the Managing Attorney of Litigation and is based in Houston, Texas. Jonathan has been practicing law since 1998 and is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law. He began his career representing both personal injury and family law clients. Jonathan then spent more than 10 years as a senior trial attorney for one of the largest auto insurers in the country. He uses his knowledge as a former defense attorney to protect and defend the rights of injured victims. In 2017, Jonathan joined the Uvalle Law Firm to continue to fight and do right by our clients.

Ian Nelsen is pre-litigation attorney based in Houston, TX. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M/Commerce and Master’s degree from Baylor University, Ian went on to graduate #3 in his class from South Texas College of Law. Ian is a certified mediator and member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He has recovered more than $100M dollars for his clients since joining the Uvalle Law Firm five years ago. Ian’s dedication to work hard and do right has garnered him remarkable success as a skilled pre-litigation attorney.

Charles is a pre-litigation attorney based in San Antonio, TX. After obtaining his undergraduate degree from Texas State University, he attended law school at St. Mary’s University where he graduated in 2020. Charles is a member of the San Antonio Young Lawyer’s Association and works tirelessly to establish his voice as a community leader. A native of San Antonio, Charles works hard to fight for what’s right. This passion is what makes him a great asset at Uvalle Law Firm.
